Pre-concert lecture

Before the concert, starting at 6 p.m., a lecture on the life of Queen Christina will be given in the Sharpshooters’ Chapel (Tarkk’ampujan kappeli). The lecture is given (in Finnish) by Luigi de Anna, professor of Italian language and culture at University of Turku. The event is open for all who have purchased a concert ticket. As there is a limited number of seats in the chapel, only about 60 persons will be let in, in order of arrival.
